EAST COAST ELECTORAL DISTRICT. IN pursuance of “ The Regulations of Elections Act, 1881,” and “ The Electoral Acts Amendment Act, 1890,” I, Jambs Booth, Beturning Officer for the Electoral District of East Coast, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ beating date the ath day of November, 1890, under the band of the Clerk of Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said Electoral District; and that a Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said District on the sth day of DECEMBER, 1890, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Every person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be Nominated by not less than two Electors of the District, by a Nomination Paper as prescribed by Section five of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Beturning Officer on or before 12 o'clock Noon of THURSDAY, the 27th day of November, 1890.
