The Coming Elections.
SIR ROBERT STOUT ALMOST CERTAIN TO STAND FOR NAPIER. [from our OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 Napier, last night. It is almost a certainty that Sir Robert Stout will stand for the Napier seat at the next general election. I believe he has refused to stand for Timaru, and will not stand for Daaedin, but Mr Ballance, leader of the Opposition, speaks here at an early date, it being the intention of the Opposition to stump the country.'
