The annual report of the Dunedin Refri gera'ing Company shows a credit balance to profit and Joss account of £2,388, out of which it is proposed to pay a dividend of 8 per cent, and carry forward £468. During the year there were frozen and shipped 232,333 carcases of sheep aud lambs and 8.312 quarters of beef, being an increase of 54,829 sheep, but a decrease of 3,150 quarters of beef.
