TROOPS BEING FURTHER HARASSED. Svakih, Deo. 23. The British troops have now returned to this city. The Dervishes have re-formed their scattered forces, and are harassing the outposts. It is reported here that General Grenfell is much disgusted with the rumored decision of the Imperial Government to withdraw from the Soudan, and that he will desist from further pursuit of Osman Digna. December'26. The troops are grumbling at the cessation of active operations.
