THIS PROPERTY consists of 3168 acres of Freehold Land, and 1589 of Leasehold. having upwards of 8 years yet to run. It is, most conveniently situated, being about fi miles from the Port of Gisborne, by a good level buggy road. A considerable part of the Freehold is rich alluvial Flat, equal in quality to any Land in the Poverty Bay District, which is well known as the most fertile in New Zealand.
