ARRIVALS.
The Australia arrived in the roadstead at 830 on Thursday evening, bringing—Miss Blackett, Mr Williams Constable Dann, and five natives. The Maitai came into the Bay at 9 o'clock yesterday morning, from Wellington and Napier, bringing the following passengers:— Hicks-Sawyer Minstrel troupe (28), Messrs Brisbane, Fitzgerald, and one native. The Mararoa arrived in the Bay at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon with the following passengers Mrs Bach,Misses DriSen, Bain, and Sadler ; Messrs Blackwood, Aislabie, Brittan, Tola, Millington ; Judge Macdonald andasaes■or. DEPARTURES. , Ths Australia went on Sonth on Thursday evening. Passengers: Miss Moore and Mr McAllister. The Mattsi proceeded North at 11 yesterday, taking—Miss Campbell and child, Mrs Brown and four children, Mr end Mrs Chrisp. The Mararoa steamed on Sooth shortly after six last evening, taking—Mesdames Berry and child, Edwards and four children ; Misses Hill and Williams (2); Messrs Parker, Humphreys, Hart, Berry and son, Mouat, Williams (2), Thomson. McMenamen,Brown, Muir; four natives. IMPORTS. Per Australia—2 pkgs, Teasdale; 1 case. East; 2 coils, 5 bags potatoes, Otr; 7 cases syrup, 300 bags sugar, 1 case, order; 6 cases oranges, Bull and Son ; 4 cases oranges, Williams ; 1 ease, Crawford ; 5 cases tobacco, 100 pkgs, 13 bags potatoes, Graham, Pitt and Bennett; 4 cases, 22 pkgs, 2 pairs springs, 2 axle arms, order ;18 pkgs. Barker; 1 }-cask whisky, Colebrook ; 17 pkgs, Wingate, Burns and Co. ; 2 pkgs, Morgan ; 2 cases, 5 pkgs, 1 gate, 2 boxes, order; 1 case. Stubbs. Per Maitai—4 pkgs, Brown and Smaill; 1 case, 1 bdle. Wingate, Burns and Co.; 10 kegs. L and M Co.; 20 $-boxes, 5 boxes, Orr; 6 ‘'sees, Dunlop and Bourke; 22 pkgs, Graham, Pitt.and Bennett; 10tanks, 16 pkgs, 1 case, order; 4 tanks, Johnston ; 23 pkgs, Pitt and .Maguire; 11 pkgs, 3 cases, 1 £-cask, order; 1 pkg, Finlay; 1 case, Wallace. EXPORTS. Per Australia 24 kegs baiter, Orr; 20 hides, L and M Co. The Marsroa’s cargo had to be carried on, owing to the heavy sea in the bay. The Tarawera arrives from South tomorrow morning, and leaves for Sydney and Auckland at 8 a.m„ at which hoar the last launch leaves the wharf. The ship Margaret G clbraith will probably load at thia port, this season, with wool.
