NOTICE is hereby given that on THURSDAY, the lllh October, 1888, this Board will proceed by Special Order to make a Special Bate of Nine-Sixteenths of a Penny in the Pound on all Property within the District, for a space of 26 years, commencing Ist November, 1888, and ending on the 31st October, 1914, to be due and payable in two half-yearly instalments on the Ist day of January and on the Ist day of June in each year.
