THE MURDERS IN LONDON.

THE POLICE PABALYSED, THEIR HELPLESSNESS DENOUNCED. TERRORISM PREVAILING. THE QUEEN PETITIONED TO OFFER A REWARD. London, Oct 2. The panic excited by the recent murders at Whitechapel and Aidgate still continues. The Police, apparently, are completely paralysed, and their helplessness is denounced on all sides. The public are demanding the resignation of Mr Matthews, Home Secretary, and Sir Charles Warren, Chief Commizsioner of Police. The Home Secretary refuses to offer a reward for the apprehension of the murderer, and over £lOOO has been subscribed for that purpose. Terrorism prevails among the women in this city. Her Majesty the Queen has been petitioned to offer a reward for the apprehension of the assassin.
