IRISH AFFAIRS.

DILLON REQUIRED TO GIVE BAIL. THE PABNELL COMMISSION. SIR JAMES HANNEN EULOGISED. PRESS COMMENTS. London, Sept 18. Mr Dillon will be required to give bail, himself in £lOOO, before being released from prison for the purpose of giving evidence before the Charges and Allegations Commission. The Press generally eulogises the attitude adopted by Sir James Haonen at the preliminary proceedings. The Times, however, makes no comment at all. The Daily News claims that the decision of the Commission, requiring the Times to open the case and produce documents, vindicates the contention the Liberals have made all along.
