MR REES’S MISSION.
AN ANSWER FROM THE MARQUIS OF LOTHIAN. REFERRED TO A PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE. London, Aug. 25. The Marquis of Lothian has requested Mr W. L. Rees to explain his colonisation scheme to a ParliamentaryCommittee that was appointed to enquire into the best means of promoting State colonisation, with a view of emigrating crofters te the colonies.
