It will be remembered that about three months ago a man named Edward Iggulden, formerly ia the employ of Messrs Wilson and Richardson, suddenly and inexplicably lost the power of speech. Medical advice failed to produce any appreciable result, and the man remained dumb until a few days ago. He was in the habit of making vigorous efforts, when by himself, to articulate, and about a week ago he found himself able to pronounce a word. The complete restoration of his speech has since followed.
