BOULANGER FIRED AT.
THE SHOTS FIRED IN SELF-DEFENCE, Paths, Aug. 16During an election serious riots occurred, and a professor of the Lycee fired five shots at General Boulanger, none of which, however, took effect. It is believed that the Professor who fired at General Boulanger daring the riots did so aimlessly, and only in selfdefence.
