TFE B”L AGREED TO. PARNELL SANGUINE OF THE RESULT. ADDRESS BY GLADSTONE. CARRYING THE WAR INTO THE ENEMY’S CAMP. London, Aug. 3. In the House of Commons the amendments to the Judicial Commission Bill, moved by Mr Labouchere and Mr Healey, were negatived by large majorities. _ In concluding his speech Mr Parnell said that though he. approached the trial with a sense of injustice, he was sanguine that his party would triumph. Mr Labouchere advised Mr Parnell to repudiate the enquiry, and to institute proceedings against the Times. The Bill was agreed to without a division, and will be reported on Months Irish party will withdraw from the House before the motion to report progress is made. Mr Gladstone will address a public meeting at Birmingham shortly. He I will be supported by Earl Spencer, I Lord Roseberry, Sir W. Vernon Harcourt, Sir George Trevelyan, Mr J. ' Morley, and Mr Childers.
