The Skating Rink.

There was a capital attendance at the Theatre Boyal last night, the graceful movements of the ladies being an especially notice, able feature. This evening’s competition promises to ba a great success, the only possible drawback being that some young ladies may ba too shy to come forward, but there is no reason why this should be the case. At any rate there is certain to be a good number come to the fore, and the judges will have a delicate task. A novel race, oioycle against skates, is an event of the near future, and next week—probably on Thursday—a Hussars’ race will come off. Some of the young colts are coming forward with fine paces.
