THE PARNELL COMMISSION.
MB CHAMBERLAIN’S BELIEF. A COMPLETE ENQUIRY URGED. London, June 29. During the discussion on the Parnell Commission Bill, Mr Chamberlain said the apparent reluctance to face a full enquiry had shaken his opinion of Mr Parnell's integrity, though he believed in bis innocence. He urged that the inquiry should be most complete in order to remove any shadow of doubt of Parnell or any of hie party being connected with outrages.
