WOOL TO BE ADMITTED DUTY FREE. New York, July 21. | A Bepublican motion to omit raw wools from the free list in- the Tariff Bill was defeated by 120 to 102. TOP. TARIFF BILL TO BE PASSED. A careful canvass of parties leads to the belief that the Tariff Bill will be carvied by a majority of 15. PROHIBITION RECOMMENDED. The Education Senate has adopted an amendment to the American Constitution recommending that all deal Inga in alcoholic beverages should be entirely prohibited.
