The usual fortnightly meeting of the Borough Council takes place to-night. It is understood that the charges against the Salvation Army officers will be heard at tbe R.M, Court to-morrow. The objections to the harbor rate will not come on to-dayi Mr Bourke being still absent n Wellington.
