ANOTHER EMPEROR IN McKENZIE’S HANDS. THE ROYAL VISIT. Berlin, July 6. Sir Morell Mackenzie thinks that the abcess in the ear from which the Emperor William suffers will affect his brain. The Emperor embarks at Kiel on the 14th inst. in the royal yacht Hohenzollern, and he will be escorted by four ironclads. The Czar in his yacht will be escorted by two ironclads. Their Majesties .will meet off Cron•tadt. A Bill has been passed by the German Federal Council providing for allowances being made to aged and sick work people
