STATE OF RUSSIA.
INTERNAL DISORDER. ACTION BY GOVERNMENT. St. Petersburg, Dec, 27. Owing to vexatious rules imposed upon them, grave disorders have occurred amongst the students of the Military Academy, the Medical College, and the School of Forestry. The students have appealed to the citizens against the troops. In consequence of the state of affairs the Universities have been closed, and numerous arrests have been made. An appeal has been made to the Czar against the imposition of the rules, and in consequence the Minister of Education has resigned.
