Gannon to dispose of the above Block, in convenient sized sections, by Publio Auction on MONDAY, January 9th, 1888, upon a very easy system of deferred payment. The Land is surveyed in lots, in area from about one acre to ten acres in extent. The proximity of the Block to the Borough of Gisborne, and the excellent roads passing by the property, render this an exceptional opportunity to acquire a Freehold for Building or Grazing purposes upon remarkably easy terms.
