William Healy and Bishop Clonfert endorse Bishop O'Dwj er’s condemnation of boycotting and Plan of Campaign. Sir Charles Gavan Duffy has written to the Marquis of Hartington pointing out that Gladstone s Home Rule scheme provides a safeguard for the supremacy of ihe Imperial Parliament.
