FERRY'S INJURIES, THE FAILUBE _ OF - M. FALLIEBES. Fists, December 18. It is found that the injuries inflicted on M. Ferry by Aubertin are of a more serious nature than was at first reported. M. Fallierea, who was Summoned by the President to form a Ministry, has withdrawn owing to his inability to effect a union of the Moderate and Republican parties. An attempt to form a Ministry has been made by M. Tirard, but has failed.

Tizard will be Premier and Minister of Finance; M. Flourens, Minister of Foreign Affairs; M. Sargien, Minister of the Interior; M. Fallieres, Minister of Justice; General Loferan, Minister of War; M. DeMahy, Minister ot Marine. Aubertin, the man who fired at M. Ferry, is thought to be insane. He threatens to reveal the names of his associates unless they promptly kill Rouvier and Ferrons. Ferry is suffering very much from a contused wonnd near the heart, the result of one of the shots.

The Judges have dismissed the charges against M. Wilson on the ground that he holds no legal office. President Carnot’s message to the Chamber of Deputies advocates slow and cautious reforms, and urges a patriotic union. Ferry is improving from the wounds that he sustained during the recent attempt on his life.
