The grave of Rienzi, the unfortunate Boman Tribune, is another disSilted site now being sought in Borne uring the alterations on the Tiber banks. Much controversy has existed as to Rienzi being buried in the mediaval church of St Bonos*, which stands between the Lungaretta and the Tiber. The improvements will shortly spread to the church i so it is hoped that vestiges of the tomb may come to light.
