ELECTION OF PRESIDENT. RE-ACTION IN FAVOR OF M. GREVY. FREYCINET IN FAVOB. THREATENED OUTBREAK IF FFBBY ELECTED. Psiitt, Dec. 28. An excited section of the Radicals, headed by M. Rochiort, prefer M Grevy in preference fo Jules Ferry as President. Grevy’s farewell message is couched in dignified language, and is without bitterness. He complains of desertion by his friends. M Blowitz, Paris correspondent of the Times, predicts that M Freyolnet will, on the second ballot, be elected by a large majority. Paul Dereulde, Chairman of the Patriotic League, threatens to invade the Palais de Leysce with 50,000 followers if Ferry ia elected.
