Money orders and registered letters at 4 p.m. Mails for the Chatham Islands (per Brigan. tine Oamaru from Auckland) dose on Saturday, at 7 p.m. LOCAu MAILS. Perlinlroto and Walroe svaiy Monday st Sam, and arrive st Gisborne every Saturday si 10 am. For Wsipiro Bay, every Friday at 7 p.m. For Malrareka, Waerengu-ahlka, and Ormond, daily at J.so p m. For Patutahi, and Te Aral Bridge every Tuesday Thursday, and Saturday at 2 p.m. For Tolega Bay, Te Mawhis, Tuparoa, Akuaku and Port Awanui, every Friday, at 7 p.m. or Hicks Bay and Wharekshika, every alternate Mondav, at 0 a.m. For Te Kanka and Whatatutu every Tuesday at 9 p m. The Poet Office at Puhatlkotoko (Tifton's) will.be closed on and alter the Ist July. Letters, newspapers, Ao-, will be sent to Te Karaka office. The designation o! the Postoffice at Combermere has been changed to the Waimata Valley. Mails close at 1.30 p.m. every Monday. The Matawhern Office has been closed. The letters dte. have been removed to the Makaraka Office. A receiving box for letters and newspapers has been opened at Peterson's Store, Oimond Road, whatau. W. W BB3WICK, Chief Postmaster.
