ANOTHER CHARGE. BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION. Paris, Nov. 17. Baroness Seilliere declares that her husband gave M. Wilson two million francs in order to obtain army contracts’. The French Press are making incessant and severe attacks on Wilson and President Grevy. The paper Deßats hints that an outbreak will result if the inquiry into the war office scandal is prolonged.
