ALARM IN AUSTRIA. London, Nov, 15. The arrival of a Russian division of cavalry at Lublin has created alarm on the Austrian frontier. [Lublin is a town in Poland, and is situated on the left bank of the Bistrilz, a branch of the Vistula, is 96 miles south-east of Warsaw, and about 35 miles from the Austrian frontier.
