Telegraph offices will observe the hours of attendance given under the heading of “ List of Telegraph Offices ” in the Postal and Telegraph Guide—9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 8 p m.—on the 9th inst. Post offices will observe a close holiday on the 9th inst. On the preceding Tuesday evening a delivery of correspondence is to be made over the counter as soon as all mails have been sorted—7 p.m. to 8p m.
