Monsignor Gulemberte, Papal Nuncio at Vienna, states that Prince Bismarck has admitted that the Emperor William is anxious to see a reconciliation between the J urinal and the Vatican on the subject df the Pojje’s temporal power, The Commission appointed by the Pope to deal with the subject is proceeding with its labors, and offers of meditation between the Commission and Jurinal have been received,
