Judge Gillies has held that the New Plymouth harbour rate has been properly struck. The weekly sale of Messers Berry, Daniel and Co. comes off to-day at 1.80 p.m. The great popularity that the Auction Mart of Messrs B.D. and Co., has acquired during the short time it has been in existence is supiising.
