WILFRED BLUNT GIVES NOTICE OF APPEAL. London, Oct. 30.

LATE LADY BRASSEY. Lord Brassey denies that Lady Brassey, maddened by fever, jumped overboard. A GRAND REVIEW. Jefferson Davies reviewed 30,000 veterans, at Macon, North Carolina.
