GENERAL BOULANGER URGES FOR AN IMMEDIATE WAR WITH GERMANY.

The Paris correspondent of the Morning Post states that General Boulanger has since the War Office scandal been unusually active in proclaiming that an immediate war with Germany is the best course for France to adopt. He is supported in this by a large section in the Chamber of Deputies, 'The army is highly excited over the prospect of war, and the officers are generally in favour of General Boulanger’s utterances.
