"VTOTICE is hereby giv«»n that oh tbe 18th . ’ August, 1887, this Council will proneed by Special Order to ahr'lish the present Waimata Road District, end to constitute therefrom three new Road Districts, to be known as (1) The Waimata Road District comprising the township and suburbs of North Gisborne, the Mangapapa, Hapara, Pou o Turanga, and Matokitoki Blocks; (2) The Kaiti Bead ’Dirtriot, to comprise tbe Kaiti Block; (3) The Whatauffnko Road District, to comprise the parts“of Whataupoko Block not before described,JJtl»(JWaimata, Waiomoko, Waihirere, and Pouawa Blocks, as the same are delineated on a map on view at the office of the Council, Gisborne.
