CUTTING UP THE TURKEY. London, June 23. In connection with the diplomatic notes from France and Russia to the Turkish Government, Russia hints that she will advance on Erzeroum or in the direction of the Euphrates Valley, and France declares that sbo will reserve the right of free action in Egypt and elsewhere.
