London, June n. The ceremony of laying the foundation .tone of the Imperial Institute will exceed in grandeur that displayed in opening the Colonies Exhibition. At the laying of the etone, a pavilion will be erected to accommodate 10,000 persons, half of whom wili be guests from all ever the British Empire.
