F pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, JAMES WILLIAM POOLEY, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of BULLER do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the 7th. day of November, 1949, under, the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the ‘.■aid district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 16th. day of November, 1949, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said disir;ct on the 30th. day of November, 1949.
