WORLD FOOD DISTRIBUTION
ROME, Oct. 13 The delegates to the U.N.O. 11 Nation Food and Agriculture Organisation agreed that Europe has overcome" the threat of famine, but faces new dangers of trade bottlenecks and food surpluses. The meeting is drafting a regional report for the organisation’s world conference in Washington next month. It will support the creation of an International commodity clearing house to exchange vital food products among producing and consuming nations.
