GENERAL FRANCO TO VISIT PORTUGAL

(Rec. 10.0). LONDON, October 13. A British United Press correspondent at. Lisbon says: Several Spanish nationals have been arrested by Portuguese polic e who are working with Spanish security officers, as part of the special protective measures ordered for General Franco's visit to Portugal next week. During the visit 1000 police, of whom 500 will be Spanish, will guard points near where General Franco will pass during the visit.
