If at the hearing of the application by the Commission any person desires to be heard as to the facilities existing in the locality in which the Club is situated ,for social amenities, recreation, or refreshment or as to any other matter affecting the application, he is required by the Licensing Regulations, 1949, to send to the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission at Wellington within twenty-one days after the publication of this notice, written notice of his desire to be heard, setting out in the notice brief particulars of the evidence he proposes to give.
