CHINA’S CHARGE AGAINST SOVIET
(Rcc 9.5) NEW YORK, Sept 28. China to-day formally charged Russia with the violation of the China-Soviet Treaty, and with threats against the political independence and territorial integrity of China. The. Nationalist Government's case was presented in a letter, and the Chinese delegate, Doctor Tsiang, asked for its urgent consideration by the United Nations General Assembly.
