Soviet Union to Rule Hungary
BUDAPEST, August 18,
The Hungarian Parliament to-day unanimously passed the new Constitution, which proclaims Hungary “a People’s Republic of workers and working peasants.” The Constitution broadly resembles that adopted by the. Soviet Union in T 936. It provides for a 21-member presidium‘to rule the country between sessions of Parliament.
