WELLINGTON BURGLARY
P.A. WELLINGTON, July 18. A quantity of clothing was stolen at the week-end from Hallenstein Brothers’, Lambton Quay store. Thieves who. broke into the premises after smashing a window in the back of the shop overlooking a vacant section, stole a suitcase in which to remove the stolen clothes. The intruders made no effort to tamper with the safe, and left the building by the back door.
