Fifth Column Feared in Sweden
STOCKHOLM, July 17. A small, but dangerous, group of Swedes who have sworn allegiance to a foreign Power, “would be a menace- to Swedish freedom in the event of war, said General Victor Jung, Commander-in-chief’ of the Swedish Armed Forces in a speech He added that effective measures must be taken m time to neutralise the “destructive activities of this fifth column.”
