AUSTRIAN PEACE TREATY DEADLOCK STILL CONTINUES

LONDON, March 22.

After the deputies to the Foreign Ministers of France, Britain, the United States, and Russia had completed six weeks’ of unsuccessful discussion on the Austrian peace treaty to-day, the British delegate, Mr J. A. Mar. joribanks, said: “The sands of patience are running out.” No progress has been made on the disputed clauses af the treaty or on the Yugoslav demands for border adjustments, which have been;' made during the thirty meetings. “After all this, we hear from the Soviet delegate that he accepts the Yugoslav demands in principle,” added Mr Marjoribanks.
