Soviet Jails Dozen Arament Factory and Other Directors

(Rec. 10.55) LONDON, Dec. 16 The Moscow radio announced that twelve directors and high officials of the Russian armament factories and of other factories have received prison sentences. The sentences are ones ranging from five years to seven years. The radio states they were sentenced for “producing defective and sub-standard goods.”
