Even though he is asked to concede starts up to bO yards to those in front of him, Highland Fling should prove one of the hardest to beat in this year’s New Zealand Trotting Cup. One of the youngest of the field, he is young enough to show even, further improvement, while the majority of the others appear to have their best days behind them. Nevertheless, the race is sure to provide an excellent spectacle, and while the back-marker is likely to be favourite, there should be plenty of support for Single Direct, Plunder Bar.
