PA WELLINGTON, Oct. 19 ’The House of Representatives today discussed the vote for the Department of Agriculture. Mr J. N. Massey (Nat., Franklin) said the time had arrived when the Government should make known its intentions concerning acquisition of milk treating houses. He asked n the Government wished to acquire a State monopoly. He considered private enterprise could be entrusted to manage the milk-treating houses m the interests of consumers.
