LONDON, September 9. Mr E. J. Volz, the American delegate attending the T.U.C. conference, said he hoped a new international trade union movement would replace the World Federation of Trade Unions. Mr Volz, •. commenting, on the defeat yesterday of a resolution reaffirming T.U.C. support of the W.F.T.U., said: “We expected this to happen”.
