BRISBANE. Sept 10. Moving a vote of no-confidence in •the Labour Government in Parliament. the Leader of the Queensland People’s Party, Mr Hiley, claimed that the Government’s remission of the fines imposed for breaches of- the Anti-Picketing Act and its extension of the Royal perogative of mercy to the gaoled men were repugnant to the people of Queensland. Mr Bruce Pie (People’s Party) said that the money left, anonymously in an envelope at the Treasury building for the payment of the fines of three Communists had come from the Sydney watersiders. . The no-confidence motion was defeated on party lines by 34 to 18. _
