SYDNEY, Sept. 10 The State Council of the Australian Legion of Ex-servicemen has expelled a member for refusing to sign a declaration associating himself from the Communist Party and its activities. The Federal President of the legion said some other members had refused to sign and the Council would consider their case. The Victorian President of the R.S.L. disclosed that 80 ex-service-men had been expelled since the ban on the Communists was imposed two years ago and eight avowed Communists were exneOoa met month.
